Yes! This is a web based system and can be accessed on any device having a modern browser (for example Google Chrome). The CRM can be accessed on desktops, laptops, tablet PCs, and smartphones.

Can I issue invoices and customer account statements?

Absolutely! you can issue complete customer account statements and even individual invoices of selected transactions.

How can I assign authorities to the staff accounts?

There are 70+ permissions and roles in the system that allow you to fully control what each staff member can view and access.

Can I make travel quotations from the same system?

Yes, the Travel CRM subscription includes modules to issue customized and detailed travel quotations including flights, hotels, transport, visas and activities. You can also issue confirmation voucher and trip itineraries.

Can this system be modified on demand as per our company requirements?

No, This is a ready-to-use platform that is used by several users and companies simultaneously. Therefore any modification, customization or integration is not possible.

Can we Integrate WhatsApp or Social Media API for online queries?

No, The query or lead is created manually in the CRM. The integration is not possible because the lead creation requires many data points to be entered, while WhatsApp or Social Media forms only provide 3 to 4 data points.

Do I need to take backups of the data?

The system is hosted on a managed cloud. The database backups are taken and managed automatically. So you don't need to worry about hosting or data management or having an IT staff to look after the system.

What happens when my data grows over the years?

The system is designed to scale as your business grows. Unlike other CRMs in market that become slow with increasing data, our CRM maintains its speed and remains efficient over the time

How to activate SMS alerts in the CRM?

A branded SMS plan from our list of supported providers is required. The CRM supports SMS alerts to customers at two events: On payment receipt and on lead creation. Signing up for branded SMS package is easy in Pakistan and SMS cost is around PKR 3 per single SMS (160 characters). Our team will assist you for the process with telecom.

What are the requirements for sign up?

We require basic information like company name, address, phone and email address. A high definition logo is required that will be displayed on printed documents. In addition, name, phone and personal email is required for the administrator person.
