Can I sign up for this app seperately?

Trip & Quotations app is now a part of our Travel CRM & Accounting suite. This app cannot be signed up seperately and is available free of cost with Travel CRM standard subscription.

Can I assign different authorities to the staff?

Yes, the app comes with several roles and authorities options for each staff. You can assign seperate authorities for maker, reviewer and approvers. Each document needs to be approved by a manager. However for smaller organizations or a single person managing everything, the single person can be assigned all authorities.

How can I make similar trip vouchers for large group of people?

The app has a copy function where you can copy a previous quotation or trip voucher and modify only required information to make a copy of document in seconds.

Can I email the document directly from the CRM?

The system allows you to print or save document as PDF only. You can then send the document to your clients via WhatsApp or email.

How do I track my customers travel itinerary?

You can view a report of all flight departures and hotel check-ins in a detailed date-wise report.
